The process
Planning a micro wedding with Eventure follows a clear, unhurried sequence. You always know what comes next and what I am handling on your behalf.
We spend 30 minutes talking about your vision, your guest count, your date, and your priorities. No paperwork yet, just a real conversation to see if we are a good fit.
Once we confirm the package, I build out your planning checklist, reach out to vendors on your behalf, and keep a shared timeline updated so nothing falls through. This phase runs from booking through the month before your wedding.
Two weeks out we review every vendor confirmation, the ceremony order, the floor plan, and the backup plan. Every detail is locked before the week of your wedding begins.
I am on-site from setup through send-off. I direct vendors, manage the timeline, and handle anything that comes up so you do not have to think about logistics once.

The person behind the planning
Eventure was built on one idea: an intimate wedding deserves the same attention as a ballroom event, just without the parts that do not matter to you. I work with couples who want fewer guests and more meaning, a ceremony that feels like them rather than a formula.
I handle the logistics, the vendor conversations, the timeline, and the day-of details so you can be present for the moments you planned this for. My couples in El Paso trust me to keep things moving quietly in the background.
Every wedding I coordinate is under 50 guests. That limit is intentional. It means you get my full focus from the first planning call to the last dance.
Micro weddings are not scaled-down versions of big weddings. They are a different kind of event, and I plan them that way from the start.
I know the venues, the vendors, and the landscape here. That local knowledge saves you time and keeps your budget honest.
I take a small number of weddings each year so that no couple ever feels like an afterthought.
Common questions
For Eventure, a micro wedding is any ceremony and reception with 50 guests or fewer. That guest count is what allows the planning to be genuinely personal rather than logistically driven.
Most couples in El Paso book six to twelve months out. Peak weekends in spring and fall fill first. If your date is sooner, reach out and I will tell you honestly whether I can take it on well.
Yes. If you have already booked a photographer, a florist, or a caterer, I work with them directly. I also have a trusted network of El Paso vendors if you need recommendations.
Yes, including desert settings and private properties. Outdoor weddings get a detailed weather contingency plan built in well before the day.
Yes. A retainer secures your date, and the remaining balance is split into scheduled installments leading up to your wedding. The schedule is outlined in your contract before you sign anything.
That is exactly what day-of coordination is for. Vendor delays, timeline shifts, setup surprises: I handle those quietly so you hear about them only if you need to.
